Fully Licensed Clinical Care in the DMV
Our professional clinical staff are fully licensed to practice in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We provide care virtually to clients located within these jurisdictions, ensuring expert support where you are.
Navigating Your Insurance Benefits
Accepted Insurance
We are in the process of credentialing with Cigna and Aetna insurance plans. We anticipate full credentialing for our services to be completed no later than June 2026. In the meantime, we offer highly accessible out-of-network rates.
Once a patient is evaluated and deemed a good fit for services, our team will perform an eligibility check which will outline your responsibility and what will be covered by your insurance plan. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your plan will cover IOP services until we have completed the eligibility check for your specific plan.
Out-of-Network & Self Pay
If we are out-of-network for your specific plan, we remain dedicated to providing high-quality care that is accessible to you. We provide detailed superbills and necessary documentation to assist with your reimbursement claims. Session Schedule
At Calyra Health, we pride ourselves on full transparency as part of our trauma-informed mental health programming. This transparency means you can plan your work day and other responsibilities around a consistent daily IOP schedule.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program sessions are held Monday through Friday, from 9:30am to 12:30pm. Each session is structured with two short breaks and one longer break so you can rest and reset. This consistent yet gentle rhythm provides the structured clinical support you need while honoring your personal time for reflection and recovery.
